Supply chain Management
Supply Chain Management Policy
Basic policy
Daisho Denshi will build mutual trust with our suppliers and contractors (business partners) through constructive communication and implement fair and responsible sourcing.
【1. Action Guidelines】
Fair dealings
- ・We will engage in fair and equitable dealings when purchasing raw materials, machines, equipment and other items or contracting out
- services.
- ・We will not receive advantages, assistance or opportunities in violation of laws, regulations or social conventions, nor will we engage in
- dealings which may cause undue disadvantage to our business partners through abuse of dominant position.
Fair selection
- ・We will have an open mind and provide equal opportunities for all to have dealings with us.
- ・When selecting a business partner, we will consider not only the quality and price of products and services, their technologies, their skills and
- ability to provide services but also their potential to meet social responsibilities such as respect for human rights, environmental conservation
- and ethics.
Responsible sourcing
- ・We will actively use materials that do not contain hazardous chemicals and ensure green sourcing to eliminate environmental burdens as
- much as possible.
- ・We will promote efforts not to procure conflict minerals which finance militant groups in conflict-affected and high-risk areas, where a risk
- of human-rights violation exists, for use as materials for our products.
- ・We will not procure counterfeit or suspected counterfeit goods or other products with uncertain quality or reliability.
Expectations for partners
- ・We recognize that our business partners are indispensable for our business activities and will request that they understand the Daisho Denshi
- Code of Conduct as well as the RBA* Code of Conduct and implement them in harmony with the Company to create a sustainable society.
