Our Initiatives for a Decarbonized Society
We have continuously promoted energy-saving initiatives and pursued environmentally friendly manufacturing, including becoming the first company in our industry in Japan to obtain ISO 14001 certification.
Currently, in light of the national GHG (greenhouse gas) emission reduction target toward the realization of a decarbonized society (a 46% reduction compared to FY2013 by 2030), we operate our business with a target to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions from our business activities by 8,806 t-CO₂ per year compared(a 25% reduction) compared to FY2013 by 2027.
